Our company is Scotia Consulting Inc, a privately held Canadian corporation, which we established in 1997, in Calgary, Alberta. The company is owned and operated by Heather Rankin and Brian Fowlie. We specialize in business analysis, requirements delivery, business continuity, process mapping, software solution design, web design/delivery and Motorola CSR implementation.

Brian's recent focus has been the business analysis, management and implementation of a Motorola 311 Customer Service Request technology for The City of Calgary as well as business continuity planning. Heather's recent focus has been in the oil & gas industry where she is working on Business Intelligence and Equipment Optimization initiatives.

Prior to these engagements we were heavily involved in project work within the insurance, energy and telecommunications industries. We carry over 30 years worth of experience in various business and Information Technology (IT) fields. On a part-time basis we also design and deliver web sites for clients.
